As I stood on the scale last night, I feared that I had gained at least 3 pounds from my weekend in Texas. Just before the leader told me my weight, she looked at me and said “It’s just a number Ashley”. In the end, I gained .6 pounds (point six) last week but I’m so relieved.
Did I gain weight? Yes, but I really thought I had gained so much more. It showed me that I made a lot more good choices than bad choices this weekend… and that I would have lost weight if I had watched my portions. Thankfully I counted all of my points Monday and Tuesday, which I think helped me to get back on track.
This next week, November 9-15, my goal is to count every bite, lick, and taste. I want to make sure I track all of my points, especially as Neal and I travel to Cleveland to meet baby Annabelle this coming weekend. I want to stay on track through the weekend, ending the week with a great weight loss on Tuesday.
I also want to continue get great workouts in, including workouts at LA Boxing.

|Sunday||8 mile run|
|Monday||30 minute run, Boxing @ LA Boxing|
The challenge is going to be getting our 8 mile in this weekend, but Cleveland has some amazing trails so we just need to make it happen! Bright and early Sunday morning might just be the time to go.
Race season is just around the corner, but I’m really excited. Here are our upcoming races…
