Yesterday I received an amazing package from my beautiful sister Alison! I’m not too sure I’ve shared this with y’all, but I am in LOVE with Russia and subsequently, Matryoshka dolls. I have been given some beautiful Russian art work over the years and can not wait to create a Russian themed room in my future home.
Last year my sister got me a set of Russian Dolls Measuring cups, which I love, so I was THRILLED to receive a variety of Russian dolls items yesterday. The socks, kitchen timer, and pillow are just adorable and I was so excited to add them to my collection of Matryoshka doll items.
Today, Neal and I set out to run some wedding errands which included a cake tasting. Picking out the cake (minus the decorations) is Neal’s baby but it’s been a lot of fun going to the tastings together. With errands done, we headed back home for a little R&R before cooking for the Super Bowl.
Buffalo Chicken Wonton Bites
-12 oz chopped chicken
-3 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
-1/4 cup of buffalo sauce
-1/4 cup of shredded cheese
-Wonton wrappers
Combine chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and buffalo sauce. Mix well.
Place 1.5 tsp of buffalo chicken mixture in the center of a single wonton wrapper. Then, with your finger, went the edges of the wonton wrapper. This will help to seal the wrapper when you fold the wrap together. Fold wrapper over into triangle and place on baking sheet (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray). Spray each wonton with spray butter (helps with browning).
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing. I think a ranch and avocado combo would have been awesome.
Alongside a seven five layer dip (ff refried beans, avocado, light sour cream, salsa, and cheese) and chili dip, the buffalo chicken wonton bites were perfect!
Happy Sunday y’all! I hope you’re enjoying your evening!

You’ll love them! Next time I’m going to use blue cheese in place of the shredded cheese.
