This past Friday, I was able to see my old college roomie and dear friend Danielle! It was as if no time had passed but the truth was, we hadn’t seen each other in over 5 years. Seeing Danielle brought back lots of memories and made me reminisce about the past.
After Danielle left, I went through some old photos, which is always a hoot! It was great looking back on my senior year of college and all of the good times had with my room mates. I was also amazed to see how different I look now. During my senior year of college I weighted 261 pounds, so it’s a great reminder of how far I’ve come!
I am so grateful for all of the memories I have with Danielle and our other roommates (Brittany, Alicia, Amanda, and Shannon). It was wild and crazy living with those 5 girls and I enjoyed every moment!

Monday- Cycle Abs @ 5:45AM
Tuesday- Treadmill run and weight lifting @ 7AM
Wednesday- Cycle Bootcamp @ 5:45AM
Thursday- 6AM run with Neal
Friday- Wheels UP! @ 6:30AM
Saturday- Long run with Neal
For breakfast I’m going to rotate homemade fruit smoothies and banana steel cut oats.
My goal this week is to track all of my calories and to make the most of my workouts. I also want to remain focused as I enter what will be the busiest 5 weeks of the year, I think.
