Two things first…
1. There’s still time to vote for Coffee, Cake and Cardio in Fitness Magazine’s Fitterati Blogger Awards! My blog was nominated as a “best weight loss blog” and is currently in the top 10! Last night I tried one crazy, weird, and awesome product. Check out Nasoya’s Pasta Zero! These shirataki noodles have just 20 calories in them per serving… oh and the whole bag is 2 servings, so that’s 40 calories for the entire bag of pasta.
Now I will tell y’all, the noodles smell uber funky when you open them. They are somewhat fishy, which worried me a bit. After draining the pasta I threw it in the microwave for 2 minutes and then added the cooked pasta to Trader Giotto’s Low Fat Tuscano Marinara Sauce. My dinner was AWESOME!! I’m serious. If you want a pasta fix but don’t want to use up the calories, go buy Pasta Plus… it’s worth all 40 calories. Whoop Whoop!
Now you may be wondering, “Ashley, what’s up with that last photo?”. Well let me explain. Tuesday, while taking our engagement photos, I totally forgot that my camera was in my jacket pocket. I must have thrown my jacket down or something but I broke my camera’s screen… sadness! It still takes photos, but I can’t see them. Well, I’m a genius and changed the color settings somehow… now yellow is pulled out of every photo. Good thing Neal and I were planning to buy a new camera!
Day 2 of the Body Revolution was awesome! It started off a little shaky but my workout last night was fantastic! I did both workout 2 and cardio 1. 1 hour later I was sweating profusely and feeling great. My calorie intake for the day was also great.
Breakfast- Homemade strawberry banana smoothie (327 calories)
Lunch- TJ’s wonton soup, chobani Greek yogurt, and a fruit cup (430 calories)
Snacks- Carrots, cottage cheese, and a grande skim caramel macchiato (265 calories)
Dinner- Pasta zero with marinara sauce and an Italian ice (350 calories)
Total calories- 1372 calories
Onto day 3 we go… have a wonderful and beautiful Thursday!
