Don’t you just love the feeling you get when your new favorite song comes on the radio and you just can’t help but move your body and dance to the beat?
For me, music has been instrumental in my quest to lose weight! It motivates me, pumps me up, and helps to pass the time during a difficult workout.
My current jam/can’t help but dance song is Shooting Stars by Bag Raiders! It just makes me want to move!
My biggest pet peeve however is when you’re in the middle of a workout, jamming out to your favorite song, and you just can’t get your headphones to stay put. Enter the BOSE sie2i Sport Headphones!
These headphones are the first Bose in-ear headphones specifically engineered for exercise and are made to enhance the fitness experience with features designed with workouts in mind, including:
- Sweat proof and water-resistant “in ear” buds that stay firmly in your ears
- A shorter cable that doesn’t get in the way of movement
- A breathable, stretchy armband, designed by Reebok that holds music devices in place during workouts and stores the headphones afterwards
- A touch-sensitive plastic window for easy usability
- And a separate pocket for your keys
I have worn these headphones during all of my workouts in the month of December and they are by far the best headphones I’ve ever owned. These puppies do not move!
I’ve worn them while lifting weights, doing tabata workouts (including lots of burpees), for runs both inside and outside, and for workouts on the Arc Trainer.
Along with the headphones comes a matching Reebok Fitness Armband which holds your device securely, like my iPhone 4S. As a woman with bigger arms, I love how this armband fits and stays put. Nothing worse than an armband that is too tight or won’t stay in place while working out.
The armband also stores your headphones when not in use, which is a great way to keep them organized and safe.
I have recommended these headphones to everyone in my family and to my friends. Though pricey, selling for $149.95, they are well worth the investment!
