As I shared yesterday, it has been a difficult transition back from the holidays and back into dieting. I truly appreciate all of the support and for all that y’all shared yesterday in the comments! What an amazing support system.
Though it can come across as me being hard on myself I’m really just being honest with where I’m at and what my struggles are. For those struggling with weight loss I believe it is so important to be real with yourself and to recognize why you may be gaining or why you aren’t losing weight.
I was disappointed with this week’s weigh in but it was the exact same weight from last Friday so I’m grateful I didn’t gain more weight.
Starting Weight: 234.6 lbs
Last Weigh-in: 224.6 lbs
This Weigh-in: 230.6 lbs
Difference: +6.0 lbs
Total Weight Loss: -4.6 lbs
This week I focused on counting my points for Weight Watchers and working out everyday. The highlights of my week included:
1. Yoga Tuesday night with Becky.
The perfect follow-up to Monday’s football practice.
2. Wednesday night’s football practice.
Although a late night(practicing from 8PM-10PM), I was able to begin practicing in the Center position. It’s such a thrilling position and one I want to work hard on.
3. I crossed 4 days off my habits calendar and am really proud of my discipline to not eat after 8PM.
This was a difficult week but it’s in the books. I will continue to work on creating healthier habits and hope to begin losing weight again soon.

I love your honesty Ashley! It’s so hard to admit when you have a bad week or weigh in, but I think readers really appreciate it. I’m sure this week will be better

Setbacks are tough! But there isn’t anyone who has tried to lose weight that hasn’t struggled at one time or another. The thing to remember is that you can’t change what happened before this moment, you can only plan for the future and move forward with a positive attitude. You can do this! You’ve faced the truth and now you’re ready. I’m cheering for you!
