I am BEYOND excited about the snow storm,
Saturn Snowquester, scheduled to hit the DC area tonight! DC gets a good storm here and there, but we haven’t had a BIG storm is over 2 years. Although I was starting to get excited for the start of spring and the time changing, I’m pretty pumped for this storm.
In honor of the storm, here’s a little Snowquester workout to get you through the next 24 hours. This workout can be done at home, so don’t let the snow stop you! If you don’t have dumbbells you can use 2 canned goods for the bicep curls and push press.
Start with exercise 1 and do it for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds and then repeat that same exercise 8 times before moving on to the next exercise. You’ll repeat this cycle through the 8 exercises for a 33 minute workout total! I used the Tabata Pro app to make the timing of it all easy.
There’s no guarantee that we’ll get some good snow tomorrow, but my fingers are crossed!
