I can’t wait to check those out. I realized this year I need to stop being so hard on myself. If i want to sleep in and not go to the gym, I should be able to without feeling guilty. it’s still a working progress

You definitely have worked hard this year on finding your healthy happiness!
I would say mine would be that I feel soo much better (physically and more importantly emotionally) when I work out daily. Even if I pack my gym clothes and plan to do a tough workout , but only actually do 30 mins on the treadmill, its better than nothing.

After losing thirty pounds over the past couple of years, I definitely would say that I’ve learned not to be so strict on myself. I think this ultimately leads to binges (at least for me!) Over the past month I’ve learned that my body has settled around a certain weight and anything thinner is just not healthy for me. This was a hard reality because I have definitely been chasing a ‘celebrity’-like body for years but even those women aren’t perfect and have their ‘trouble’ areas. Thank you for sharing these posts with us. You are definitely an inspiration.

One revelation I had this year is that the medically suggested BMI ranges are not there to make me feel bad about myself. It is attainable. I do not have “heavy bones.”

Seems like a silly revelation but this year when I saw the upper weight of the range for my height start coming into view, and then passed it and kept going, my view on life changed.
