Phase 1
Body Revolution Workout 1
Workout 1 focuses on shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, abs, and quads, which I loved!
Body Revolution Workout 2
Workout 2 focuses on the back, biceps, hamstrings, glutes, and abs. The 30 minutes was split into 4 circuits which included static lunges, donkey kicks, and good mornings. Workout 2 also incorporated the use of cables, which workout 1 excludes.
Body Revolution Workout 3
- Full body push-ups (I did 12 in round one and 10 in round two)
- Downward dog (this was a very weird exercise for me)
- Backward lunges
- Plank walks
- Sumo squats with triceps
- Cable pulls
- Squats with a press
- Chest press
- Crest walks
- Crab triceps dips (I had a very hard time doing these)
- Side crunches
- Plie hops
- Tree pose lat raises

- Surfer get ups (I need to work on these… I have decided that I would suck at surfing)

- Bridge dumbbell lat pulls (I LOVED THESE)
- Cable crossover pulls (again, loved these)
- Deadlift hammer curls
