T-Minus 31 days – Wednesday, June 6, 2012
Breakfast – Weight Control oatmeal with diced strawberries
Snack – Small coffee from Panera
Lunch – Lentils, Trader Joe’s Masala veggie patty, grilled peppers and a fat free yoplait yogurt
Snack – strawberries and cheese stick
Dinner – Brown rice cucumber and avocado sushi from Whole Foods and apple
Snack – pretzel and a few bites of Neal’s ice cream
T-Minus 30 days – Thursday, June 7, 2012
Breakfast – Oatmeal, strawberries, yogurt, and coffee
Lunch – Lentils, Trader Joe’s Masala veggie patty, grilled peppers and an apple
Snack- cheese stick
Dinner- homemade lean beef burger with blue cheese, tomato, and onions with a side of Pop Chips
Dessert- light vanilla bean ice cream
T-Minus 29 days – Friday, June 8, 2012
Breakfast – Kashi puffs with unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Snack- Flavor and Fiber peanut butter bar
Lunch- 6 inch Subway chicken breast sandwich on wheat (no cheese, lots of veggies, mustard, and a squirt of light mayo) with a yogurt on the side
Dinner- homemade beef burger topped with blue cheese, onions, and tomatoes
Dessert- light vanilla bean ice cream
T-Minus 28 days – Saturday, June 9, 2012
Breakfast – Farmers Market scramble (1 egg, egg whites, ham, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese)
Dinner – pasta with sauteed swiss chard (olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese)
T-Minus 27 days – Sunday, June 10, 2012
Breakfast- egg sandwich on Ezekiel bread with ham, cheese, and tomato
Lunch- Whole Foods salad
Dinner- 1/2 of a homemade caprese sandwich (tomato, basil, and mozzarella cheese)
T-Minus 26 days – Monday, June 11, 2012
Breakfast – yogurt and coffee
Lunch- Salad with tuna and tomatoes and a cheese stick
Dinner- Chips, guacamole, and a steak salad
T-Minus 25 days – Tuesday, June 12, 2012
Breakfast- yogurt, granola, strawberries, banana, and eggs
Lunch- side salad, pasta salad, and whole grain roll
Snack- soft pretzel
Dinner- Chipotle black bean burger with waffle fries
T-Minus 24 days – Wednesday, June 13, 2012
Breakfast- yogurt, granola, strawberries, pineapple, and eggs
Lunch- 2 tacos (beef and jalapenos), side salad, and a coffee mousse
Snack- cookies (totally didn’t need)
Dinner- turkey sandwich and a LOT of water

Breakfast- yogurt, granola, strawberries, pineapple, and eggs
Lunch- turkey and cheese sandwich, 1/4 cup pasta salad, chocolate chip cookie
Dinner- 1/2 cup pasta and a serving of strawberry-rhubarb-cherry crumble

Breakfast- yogurt, granola, and coffee
Lunch- pasta with pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese
Dinner- homemade pizza

Breakfast- iced coffee and half a piece of coffeecake
Lunch- lettuce, chicken sausage, and balsamic vinegar
Dinner- small burger, salad, and peanut butter M&Ms
T-Minus 20 days – Sunday, June 17 2012
Breakfast- strawberry and cherry smoothie with a cup of coffee
Lunch- 1/2 a bean and cheese quesadilla
Snack – frozen yogurt and an apple with PB
Dinner- salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, and a veggie patty
T-Minus 19 days – Monday, June 18, 2012
Breakfast- oatmeal with strawberries and a cup of coffee
Lunch- Brown rice, stewed okra, and chicken sausage
Dinner- salad with tomatoes, avocado, and ground beef

Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread, strawberries, and coffee
Lunch- Brown rice, stewed okra, and chicken sausage
Dinner- Lettuce, avocado, grilled chicken, and salsa

Breakfast- 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread, banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 tbsp jam
Lunch- veggie patty, brown rice, and bell peppers
Dinner- Beer and a chicken burger

Breakfast- Toast with banana and pb
Lunch- veggie patty, brown rice, and bell peppers
Dinner- Chicken burger and popchips

Lunch- orzo salad with black olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese
Dinner- Buffalo chicken and a side salad with strawberry-rhubard crumble for dessert

Lunch- leftover Chinese food
Dinner- stuffed bell peppers and stuffed jalapenos
